How we handle your data.

The short version: we collect as little as we can get away with, we don't sell anything, and we don't run ads. The longer version is below.

What we collect

When you visit flowsmoothjazz.com, we collect two kinds of information:

• Anonymous analytics — if you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to track things like how many people visit, which pages they look at, and which links they click. Your IP address is anonymized. We can't identify you personally from this data.
• Payment information — if you choose to support the station, your card details are entered directly into a secure form provided by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to Stripe. We receive only the amount, a confirmation, and the email address you provide at checkout (for the receipt).

What we don't collect

• We don't run ads, and we don't share your data with advertisers.
• We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.
• We don't track you across other websites.
• We don't use cookies for profiling or targeting — only for the analytics described above, and only if you accept.

Who we share data with

To run the site, we rely on a few trusted services:

• Cloudflare hosts the site. They see your IP address and basic request metadata, as any web host would.
• Google Analytics (if you accept cookies) processes anonymous usage data on our behalf.
• Stripe processes payments. Their own privacy policy governs how they handle card data.

That's the whole list. No marketing platforms, no CRMs, no data brokers.

Your choices

• Decline cookies. Click "Decline" on the banner, or open Cookie settings from the footer anytime to change your choice. The site works just fine without analytics — we just won't know you were here.
• Request deletion. If you've donated and want your contact information removed from our records, email the address below. We'll take care of it within 30 days.
• Rights under CCPA / GDPR. If you're a California or EU resident, you have the right to know what data we have about you, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" of your data (we don't sell data, but the right exists regardless).
